The staff here was excellent, and our standard room featured convenient amenities like an electric kettle, air conditioning, and a personal safe.

Politeness & general attitude of all the staff at reception, also the cheerfulness & efficency of the cleaning staff.
Felt that car parking charge of 15€ was excessive. Because of this we parked nearby in the street at no cost.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the car parking was easy to use and easily accesssible from the hotel and road.
We found the cost of the breakfast and mini bar a little expensive so did not use these facilities. There was no shower holder in the bath, we did not complain but nobody noticed this.

The hotel was clean, well maintained and located by the venue we were attending in the morning, so it was very convenient for us. But above all, staff were very helpful and efficient. They helpede us with car park, directions, and recommended us the best local restaurants and bar.
Unfortunately, i believed that the breakfast was not up to standard so we ate only once and we had to find other arrangements in the morning which was not convenient. In regards to security i noticed that the sliding's window of our room (416) had not locked. I dindt like the fact that we reserved a double room and were given a room with two single beds joined together.

Location was excellent and easy to find, parking was a massive advantage and secure (although slightly expensive). Spacious room with nice comfortable bed and very clean.
Air conditioning in room not working were not offered a discount on the room because of this. Fans did not appear readily available on request.

Typical tourist stuff, a great holliday.
Breakfast and parking both too expensive.

The location, friendliness of the staff, and the size and comfort of the room were excellent.
The carpet was too brightly coloured for our taste, and was stained in several places.

We had a nice stay of a special weekend away.
The room was great-sized, it had a first class bathroom. The breakfast was excellent with individual portions, freshly squeezed juice plus coffee machines and attention to detail.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw away from the beach and surrounded by great restaurants. The hotel itself is right in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore all that the area has to offer. We were also impressed with the range of services available, from room service to dry cleaning. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and even helped us with a car problem we had. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially loved the large balcony that offered stunning views of the sea.
Highly recommended for families!

Near beaches, clean room.
The parking in the shared garage was a real problem. On check in no one told us that we could be clamped if the car was not parked in blue bays. We were clamped and had a lot of hassle trying to sort this out. Eventually the Park Inn sorted it out because we made a fuss. Others less assertive could have ended up with a big bill. Reception should have a chart and run through this at check-in as the hotel next door does with its clients. I would recommend the hotel as reasonable value for money except for the street noise and the parking. The breakfasts were over priced.

Location - proximity to the beach and restaurants; own parking facilities.
Room furniture dated, not wel maintained. Room was outlooking a side wall of the neighbouring casino, with ugly messy windows. Small bathroom.
